No norton is installed on my system, i use AVG. I also tried changing the 
cursor in accessibility options, and that didn't cure the problem.

  If you have Norton Anti-Virus, your office plug-ins may be enabled. In NAV, 
hit options and look for miscellaneous. In some versions, you may have to use 
the Jaws cursor. If so, click on miscellaneous with your left mouse button, 
numpad slash. At How to keep Microsoft Office documents protected, Enable 
Office Plug-in, uncheck the box and hit OK.

  Hello Members,
  I just installed ms office 2003 and am experiencing problems wiht jaws. I use 
jfw 4.51 and everytime I use the backspace, I hear Blank, as well as when I'm 
trying to read the text. Is there a cure to this? Help, I need to do homework 
for school!
