Stedman's do a reasonable job with Jaws, all the people on the Sightless
MT list use it.

Subject: medical dictionaries and medical encyclopedias
I got a copy of Mosby's medical dictiojnary and encyclopedia. Last night
someone installed it for me. The next day, jaws stuttered and stammered,
so I had it uninstalled. I have jaws 5.0 and windows 98se. Is there a
medical dictionary &/or medical encyclopedia that is comatible with
