Hello Lewis.

To create a rule using Microsoft Office Outlook 2003 or 2007 do the
following steps.
1 place focus on a message that will satisfy the criteria for the rule from
the specific list that you want to create the rule for example.
2 press your application's key to open the context menu.
3 press "C" this will open a simple wizard that you can follow to create a
rule.
4 now it is time to pick and choose your criteria for the rule.
