Hey,
in the tools menu if you select options, go to the general tab and make sure
that send and receive on startup is not checked, this could be the cause of
your problem

Subject: major problem with outlook express

Hi all!
I know that this is off topic, but I really need help. I have outlook
express set to not remember my password. However, whenever I start it up, it
retrieves my messages automatically is though it were remembering my
password. What could be the problem? Thanks!
Allison
