Another idea. For reasons too needlessly complicated to explain, I sometimes
land in an area on the Stream where I need to make repeated presses of the
button number 1 to return to the bookshelf. Try a few presses of 1 in case
doing so causes your folders to re-emerge.

When moving through the bookshelves on the stream, unless you have books in
that bookshelf the stream won't announce the bookshelf other than the Notes.
that is why you will see all the bookshelves on the computer and not on the
stream.

stream but when I connect to the computer, they are all there. If anyone
