OK, I'm only going to be able to be a little help on this one. I believe the
problem you are having is in the control pannel/user accounts. For some
reason, your laptop thinks that there is more than one user. So, the user
settings have to be set to one. I'm not sure how this is done because I don't
have much experience with that. Anyone know how this is done? Jack
