If that application doesn't have specialized scripts for it or if it does, 
but the insert h message wasn't programmed, that's very possable.  Did you 
load or is jaws supposed to load special scripts for that application?

Here are some JAWS hot keys for general use:

It's just the standard stuff.

Is it possible that the script only calls for the default scripts to be 
loaded?  What would be the liklihood of that scenario?
