We have noticed this. Tab does move focus to the link and you can read it
with the say line command but it isn't automatically spoken.

I'm in the process of filling out a bug report. Anyone else notice when in a
message using Outlook Express, that links/email addresses aren't being
spoken when tab key is pressed? I can't reproduce this behavior in earlier
versions of jaws. To date I am using the second Jaws beta release.
