Tony, uncheck the box that says "read all messages in plain text."
To do this:
1. Be in the message list--not in an open message.
2. Press alt-t for tools.
3. Press O for options.
4. Control tab to the read page.
5. Tab over till you hear "read all messages in plain text."
6. You will likely find that this checkbox is checked. Uncheck it. I hope
this corrects your problem.
7. Now you will be reading your e-mails in HTML format and it is said that
makes one more susceptible to virus attacks. As long as you have a good
up-to-date virus scanning program running and as long as you don't open any
links you are absolutely not sure of, you are not too likely to have any
problems.
