Hi James,
I did try to route the virtual pc cursor to the Jaws cursor and
still had no success. If anything an awkward menu appears and I just pushed
escape to get out of it. I was trying to use Windows Search to find a
specific e-mail that had this link pasted into it. I'm not sure what to do
at this moment. I am a basic Jaws user who is still learning things. Could
you give me any other suggestions on what I should do because whether I just
press the left mouse button twice quickly or route the virtual pc cursor to
the Jaws cursor does not seem to make a huge difference. Before today I was
able to just use the virtual pc cursor and routed it to the Jaws cursor with
no problem. I don't understand what is happening here, and it's very
frustrating. I you give me step by step instructions on what I should do?

If you're using the virtual PC cursor to find the link first, you need to
route the JAWS cursor to it before the mouse keys will do what they're
supposed to. Generally speaking though, it's probably a lot easier to just
hit enter on the link in question.

Regarding your second question, it depends on whether or not the link is
properly encoded, or interpreted by your mail client. If it's in a text
only email, your mail client may or may not register it as a clickable
link.

takes
me back into either my Inbox or another folder that is in my personal

Thanks. How is it that sometimes when someone pastes a link into an
e-mail
that you can press enter and it opens that link which takes you to the web
page, and than there are other times when it just makes a noise but you
can't get to the link without having to copy and paste it into Internet
Explorer?
