language switching speech synthesizers

Hi,
Besides Eloquence, are there other speech synthesizers that currently
support the on the fly language switching feature in jaws version 5?
I tried RealSpeak but in this program language switching should be done
outside Jaws.
I hope this question is not too commercial for this list. If you wish you
