Don't you mean JAWSKey+F2? JAWSKey+F1 will get you JFW help.

You can get Jaws to tell you the headers for all the information in the
list of processes.
1: Run Jaws Manager with jawskey f1.
2: Choose Customize List View.
3: Arange how you want headers to be announced. Read the manual if you
don't know how.
4. Arrowing through the list should now tell you the headers for each
field in the list. If not: Alt tab away from Task Manager and then alt
tab back again to refresh Jaws.
