jfw update issue

Hi people, I'm using jaws 7.10.417 or something like that, and when I try to
update, jaws downloads the update but can't install it.
I get a "setup package error".
I tried reinstalling jaws but still the same thing happens.
what could be rong?
I'm also looking for an accessible program that deals with math.
I would be really apreciated if I can get a reply pertaining to this issue, and
the math program.
