Michael,
I have this problem intermittently after shutting down Jaws, even after
forceably terminating the program using taskkill. The program restarts but
no speech. When this happens, I have to reboot.

I cannot open Jaws 10. When I open the program, the program will open, but
there is no speech. What can I do? I have tried reinstalling Jaws, but no
luck. Thanks!
