Cool, this worked for me. I always want to hear the size of my musinc files.
FYI, you can also alt+v then customize folder, to all details, instead of
music details...
But I'm not sure if that would affect your music applications.
Thanks All, I also found the CNTL+Jaws+1,2,3,4 very helpful...

hit alt+v to get in to the view menue. arrow up until you hear choose
details and hit enter. then up and down arrow through the list and check and
uncheck what you want or don't want spoken. most of the itoms won't matter
to you.
