jfw 11.756 windows 7 32 bit and hp laptop

I have even uninstalled jaws and reinstalled. Same thing. I am thinking
about uninstalling jaws and getting a friend to help me delete all keys
referring to jaws, fs, hj...
If that doesn't work I have a ghost image of the machine and I can start
with that. No other ideas come to mind after thinking about it all weekend.
I even went on the fs website to see if they had a solution and no luck.
Problem is that I can't even get signed on to the computer because jaws
won't speak.
