Yes, that's the one.  Depending on what functions you use even with 
keyboard commands, toolbars can become activated.  And if anyone else 
uses your computer, well, who knows what they might turn on.  Smile.

I find in Word 2003 that task panes and/or toolbars pop up sometimes, 
and once in a while I have to just go and check and turn off anything I 
don't want up.
