I think I would uninstall Jaws 6.2, unload Jaws 6.10, and reinstall Jaws 6.2
with Narrator running assuming you are using Windows XP.

I got the failed windows sound chord following your instructions. Then I
reloaded jaws610 and read the screen and it reported that the file could not
be found and instructed me to use the search program, which I did. Using
jaws610, I found jaws620 in the documents and settings folder on my c:
drive. From there i moved to the program files and found jaws620 listed
there. Why it did not find jaws620 in the programs folder instead of the
documents and settings folder is a mystery to me.
