Joy,

I seem to remember that there are learning features where you can instruct it
if it classifies something as spam. But, I set mine up to send all suspected
spam to a separate folder.

If you go into the Norton Spam Control, you can click on spam rules and define
items for it to search for and classify as spam, or to allow through. It can
either search in the entire e-mail, the message body, or it can classify
certain senders as spam and others as allowed.

HTH,
Steve

When I get email and it says antispam, am I supposed to use the jaws curser
to determine whether it is spam or what to do with it? Thanks, Joy
