I also received the 'out of office' message sometime last week. I just
deleted it and went on with life. CYS...

I got the same thing the other day.  I think someone on this list is
outof their office and has set their computer to automatically send that
response to any messages sent.  I wouldn't worry about it.  Just delete
the message.
