to check which version you are running??
press insert j,
then press the letter, a,
if what jaws says,
version 451119, you have not installed the patch which may or may not fix
the problem
it is suppose to fix some problems about jaws using up memory to run, or
something like that.
if it says,
451131
you have installed the patch
and if still having the problem it is something else causing jaws to stutter
