jaws scripts

Hi,
Can somebody please give me the place to find step by step instructions on how
to use jaws scripts? Or can you walk me through it a little bit? I want to use
the script for yahoo messenger 6, but I don't know how well it works. Can you
give me some ideas? and also where to get the script?
After I've downloaded the script, then what's my next step should be?
