Before virtualizing the window, go into JAWS mode to pick up as much as you
can.

Also you might try virtualizing the window. That would give you text that
you can read. For Jaws 10, the command is insert, control, W, and in Jaws
11, The command is insert, alt, W.

Dorothy, I wonder if this is a paid antivirus provider or some other vendor
saying your contract has expired. As Ted says, it can have no JAWS
connection, although the message may be blocking JAWS from giving you more
screen information. Try tabbing to see if there are buttons saying things
like, "Remind me later" or "close."

 apart from 6 days overdue, a bell rings it did this after the last
download, it also says "day view and gives a date, what does Dayview mean
let alone 6 days over due,Jaws is not acting normally but is mercifully not
muted dorothy Yes sending from  very old laptop it will have avg so you see
is not like Msoutlook which as ms essentials and has an apostrophe in
outgoing mail,no idea why dorothy
