I downloaded foobar andthere is a lot more to it than I expected. Is there a
tutorial as as usual I have problems.

I stopped using juice because of the number of feeds it wasn’t supporting and
the number of broken downloads, partial files and other annoyances. While the
completely automated downloading of podcasts was nice, I like the integration
with Foobar that the podcatcher component offers, with the sole exception of
not being able to import or export opml lists for easy transfer to other
machines.
