Second, the insert plus V is a temporary change. If you want to make it permanent go to the configuration manager/settings center (insert plus 6) while the aplication you like to change is in focus. This way, you will only change the aplication file. If you want to make it permanent owever, press shift, control and d on the configurations manager/settings center.
