FYI, just today I went from JAWS 8 to the current release of JAWS 9, and my Dectalk Express is not behaving in this way. When using dectalk express and reading a web page using SayAll, I am jumped to the bottom of the page if I press the control key to stop speech. This doesn't happen with eloquence.
