MessageJudith,

How about the screen resolution settings? In the Control Panel, Display, and
Settings. Make sure it is set to what JAWS recommends. Perhaps part of your
visible screen is being cut off.

Dave

The same thing happened just now even though I hit the restore button. Any
more suggestions? Does this happen often on your computer?

    Judith,
I have done a restore in such cases and mostly it helps.
The restore button can be located along side the Minimize and Maximize
buttons.

I think the cases when jaws leaves off the last part of a word has gotten
worse. Now it leaves off the last word or last two words of a line. Is there
anything I can do? Thanks, Judith
