Margaret,
Thanks for your help. However, both status bars are checked. At this point I
really don't have an idea of what to do.
When I press insert numpad3, Jaws is saying "jaws jfw-outlook express." Then
jaws speaks the current time. Its really crazy to me.
I really appreciate your concern.
