It's called 'ConfigNames.ini and you will find versions of it in both your own
\Documents and Settings\<User>\Application Data\Freedom
Scientific\JAWS\<Version>Settings\<LangID> as well as the All Users
script directory.

I'm not sure if it really matters to JAWS but it is probably better to
modify the instance you find in the directory you install the new MSM
scripts to.
