Tom, surely that's why there's a choice. Some of us need or prefer it one
way and some others. Personally i'd go mad if I had full punctuation turned
on all the time, but there I times when I need it turned on, and it's not
difficult to change it to the way I want when i want.

Depends on the context. For normal text having it read all the punctuation
is pretty annoying. For programming having it read everything is critical.
