Try using Narrator to find out where you are when JAWS stops speaking. Do
you know how to use Narrator?

Sometimes my JAWS will stop reading the items on a list and again I need

kill and restart. Sometimes my JAWS will only read the first line of a
message and refuse to move down through the message body. I need to
restart
both Outlook and JAWS to fix that.
