Hi Michael,

What you are saying seems strange to me since I'm using jaws 11 on win
xp pro sp3 and webvisum without problems. Anything seems to work like a
charm and I don't know what to suggest to you since it worked out of the
box.

For wlm on the other hand, I don't know since I don't use it here.

hey i have windows 7 and my wife has xp and some programs such as 
windows live and web visum work on my windows 7 but not her xp any
