Hi,

Well I guess that would work if she was using Windows Messenger and she was 
referring to a blocked sender.  But I think she is wanting to unblock a email 
address.  I had to go look at the tools menu  in OE to see where you were 
referring to.

  1. In Outlook Express, on the Tools menu, point to the name of your messenger 
service, and then click Options.
  2. Click the Privacy tab.
  3. In the My Block list, click the name of the person you want to unblock, 
and then click Allow.
