Why are you giving him long and harder steps to do this. Why not tell him to go
to basics, choose braille, and disable the 8 dot there instead of making him go
through the config manager when he doesn't have to. Btw what made you switch to
jaws when you kept bragging how superior windows eyes is over Jaws?

Hi, Armando. I wonder if maybe you have 8 dot braille enabled. Go into the
configuration manager with Insert-6 on the number row. Press Control-Shift-D
to get to the default settings. Press Alt-S for Settings, and then B for
Braille. Now press Alt-8. This will automatically toggle the check box for
8-dot braille. Tab to Okay and press Enter. Now press alt-F4. When asked if
you want to save settings, say yes. The lines should be easier to follow now
because the bottom line of cells should be gone. Hope this helps.
