jaws and some weird things happening

Hey there everyone i have a question for you all
after a while when i have had the computer on for a while and have msn
messenger running i go back to read the conversation i am in with a friend and
jaws will not read the history window i tryed to unload thejaws program and
reload it but it still will not read the screen and i have tryed another
screen reader and it will do the reading but also jaws will say return one when
using the enter key to send my message .
also it reads open sub menu closed sub menu even though i did not use the alt
key how do i fix this?
I have tryed a repair on jaws but would that work i at least think i did .
has anyone had these kind of problems and if so how do you fix them?
