HI,
I ask 2 questions as the Athlon chips are close together in price and the
2.5 mhz Athlon is $90 with the Intel 2.8 at around $230--not mucch
compared with what we paid 2 years
Would the performance of the 3 chip bethat much superior to that of the
2.5 chip if one uses Access 32 or Eloquence, streaming radio and Office
with X P?
And could some ofthose heat issues be "less" now that the chips are
.13 micron instead of .18 micron supposedly making them "cooler"?
In all these questions, I have in mind the use of JAWS and applications
that seem to require more ram and more power over the years.
thanks to every one.
