jaws and powered dvd

Hi people, I need some help with jaws and my powered dvd.
I can'tfind the volume control, can't jaws won't read the powered dvds menus
please help.
I was told people on the list used the powered dvd, when they are playind there
dvds, please help me find the controls, and how to used them, thanks.
