Could you also "check out" a document in order to edit it and then
upload a new version of it?
The only thing I can do here to work around the problem is to locally
edit the document and then, upload it again, replacing the old one with
the new, but doing this, the old document is definitely removed from the
sharepoint. If you remember a way for jaws to display the menu which
offers this "checkout" option, I'd be really glad to know it.
