jaws and "enter the text as shown in the box"

hey all,
sorry I don't know the term to describe these spam filters, although I guess I
understand as to why some sites have these boxes. Anyway, is there a jaws
command or trick to getting the text read?
I've tried jaws cursor and even attempted the websites page information yet
nothing works.
And many of these websites don't have the audio option in case visually
impaired folks can't see the text. Basically, is there a way around these
boxes?
