Hi, 18 months ago I did just that. I didn't want to gamble all on getting xp to work on all progs. & I'm glad I did. I used partition magic & had both o/s's working on the same hdd. If you are starting from scratch, install the xp last so that it is the default o/s. This makes it easier to remove when you no longer want 98. Good luck, Ron. -----Original Message----- From: jfw-bounce@xxxxxxxxxxxxx [mailto:jfw-bounce@xxxxxxxxxxxxx] On Behalf Of golden Sent: Friday, January 23, 2004 8:47 PM To: jfw Subject: jaws and dual system greetings. I'm thinking of installing dual system on my pc - Win 98 on C and Win XP on D drive. I'd like to hear your comments and suggestions on this. How practical is it? thanks. golden -- To post a message to the list, send it to jfw@xxxxxxxxxxxxx To unsubscribe from this mailing list, send a message to jfw-request@xxxxxxxxxxxxx with the word unsubscribe in the subject line. --- [This E-mail was scanned for spam and viruses by NextGen.net.] --- [This E-mail was scanned for spam and viruses by NextGen.net.] -- To post a message to the list, send it to jfw@xxxxxxxxxxxxx To unsubscribe from this mailing list, send a message to jfw-request@xxxxxxxxxxxxx with the word unsubscribe in the subject line.
