OmniPage 17 is great!  It also allows you to scan directly into MS Word, and, 
in many instances, the OCR results are more accurate than OpenBook.  I 
especially find that OmniPage does a really great job at scanning things like 
bank statements... it places everything in a table that is easy to read.
