Hi Addison, try this:
1. Open Windows Media Player.
2. Press alt t for tango to open the tools menu, then press o for oscar. The
options dialogue box should appear.
3. Control tab until you hear file types page and you list on the file formats.
4. Tab to the select all button and activate it.
5. Tab to ok and press enter.
Hope this helps.

Hi Addison, chances are your computer came with one, Windows Media Player.
I think from about Windows ME this programme came preinstalled and thus you
were able to play MP3's and many other audio/video files out of the box.
However, if you don't like Windows Media Player, then you can go to
www.winamp.com and download a copy of Winamp. You could also go to
www.vuplayer.com and download their free and very accessible player, simply
called VuPlayer. Hope that helps.
