you can install the service pack 2 with out any sighted assistance at all.
if you would like someone there to help with things that is a great idea as

Hi still getting video intersept chain problems. tried loading a lot of critical xp hot fixes-no difference. Does anyone know if to run jaws 7 with xp home you need the windows xp service pack 2. Linda
