No, Artic is correct, as in articulate. I have a couple of old Artic
Transport external synthesizers from the time before JFW, when
Artic-Vision was just about the only game in town for Windows 3.3, also
called Windows for Work Groups--all before Windows 9x.

Take care...

Just wondering for the sake of accuracy if the name of this product is
actually spelled "artic" or if that's just meant to be "arctic," as in
far
north. Thanks. Never heard of this particular synthesizer in the
history
of voice synths that predate my entry into the field, where Eloquence
has
always been all that I've used. So I appreciate learning about all the
other types of synthesizers that are in use.

Thanks.

besides, I bought the last 12 accent sa that aicom
had available before they closed their doors.
I also grabbed that last 30 accnt pc cards available.
I do use them with linux, but it sure would be nice if
I could use them with jaws 5 and above.
well, if the people at freedom can't solve
my newest problem, I am throwing out jfw
and getting windoweyes.
