For one of your questions,
"It's not saying "page up/down" when I press them - what do I have to do

In the settings center, type keyboard and Enter on that item when found.
Then arrow to Key labels and press enter. Toggle the mute for the keys you
want to have spoken or kept silent.

Hi,
My merge utility I don't think worked properly, can anyone help me solve the
following?
How do I get it to stop saying "selected" when I select a line?
I like it to read all punctuation but though I've set the ones I want to
"all" in the settings centre, it isn't reading some marks, such as quote and
apostrophe - which it did in 11. Is there any other way?
It's not saying "page up/down" when I press them - what do I have to do to
make them speak?
