is 62 a vull version?

Friends: Is Jaws 62 a full version or a patch? My real question is can I go 
direct from jaws 50 to jaws 62 on my Windows ME laptop? I have jaws 61 on my XP 
desktop, so I should have 2 more ILM authorizations.
