hi George. Listen this is the way to do it. I played with it until I got it figured out. Since you did a typical install you have all the voices on your drive that is 767 megabytes of space. You want to pick the voice that you like the best. I picked Samantha. She is the most clear and loud. Now put the real speak cd in your drive and let it get going. It will say do you want to remove, modify, or repair. Pick modify and you will have a tree view of all the voices. On each one, lets say Jill for example, you hit the space bar. you land in a context menu and you up and down arrow. you get these choices. "Will be installed on your hard drive." "Entire feature will be installed on your hard drive." "entire feature will be unavailable." For the choices you don't want choose "entire feature will be unavailable and press enter. For the voice you do want, choose "Entire feature will be installed on your computer.

Steve I had a similar experience and had to use the tipical option, which means I have all the voices on my hard drive. If anyone has a solution I would also like it.
Thanks,

I am having trouble with installing the SAPI 5 voice Jill from the real speak cd. That whole file is 767 megabits and I don't need all those voices. I chose the custom button and when I go to next I get the tree view and it says entire something will be installed on your hard drive. now if I hit space bar I get either entire selection will be installed on your hard drive or "will be installed on your hard drive. So, how do we install one voice. I can't find anything in the jaws help topics on installing one voice.
