I may just have to download it again, since I could not even find it by 
doing the control F (find" command.

You can download Hot Key Detective directly from the JAWS Users programs
page.  It's item 30 under the Utilities heading.  When you access the file
download dialog, be sure to select Save rather than Open so that you can
save the file in a location that's easy to find such as My Documents.  Then
you can easily retrieve the file and complete the installation.  Whenever
you encounter this type of file download dialog, you should always choose
the Save option so that you can decide where to store it .  If you choose
Open, it may be stored some place that's hard to find.
