     Jim!  Try going to Start, Settings, Taskbar and Start Menu, Start Menu,
Customize and click the button labeled Sort.  If this doesn't do it try
renaming the short cut so that putting the items on your Start Menu in
Alphabetical order will result in the Outlook Express shortcut being at the
top of the menu and go through the Sort process again.
