Hi, there isn't anything to fix, smile, that is just the way the virtual pc
cursor works in IE and OE. It doesn't visually select the text, even though
it is selected. This is from the jaws help system:
Selecting Text on a Web Page
To select text on a Web page, use the standard Windows commands for
selecting text. The text that is selected is not highlighted as it would be
in a text editor or word processing application. The Say Selected Text
command (SHIFT+INSERT+DOWN ARROW) speaks the selected text.

when using the shift and down arrows it will say slected but i have a
sighted friend come over and i asked her if the text was being hightlighted
or not and she said it is not but in word it is and also in msn messenger so
how do i fix this in the email clients and ie?
