Hi, there isn't anything to fix, smile, that is just the way the virtual pc cursor works in IE and OE. It doesn't visually select the text, even though it is selected. This is from the jaws help system: Selecting Text on a Web Page To select text on a Web page, use the standard Windows commands for selecting text. The text that is selected is not highlighted as it would be in a text editor or word processing application. The Say Selected Text command (SHIFT+INSERT+DOWN ARROW) speaks the selected text.
